PROCEDURES TO FOLLOW
Here is how it works:
- You register with the attached form spelling out your staff needs.
- We recruit coaches, activity heads, and college specialty counselors. We send you their name, telephone number and resume when available. We do not check references.
- You interview them, check their background and references and simply follow your own employment procedures. We will not give the applicant to any other camp for 10 days.
- If you decide to hire them. We receive a commission of 15% of their gross salary for coaches and activity heads and $300 for specialty counselors payable at the end of camp.
