I am an Executive Director of a large Lutheran Bible Camp in northern Illinois. Earlier this year Jerry Halsband offered his services as a consultant to me. I have been using Jerry's consultative advice and seen good returns from implementing his ideas. One of the best ideas Jerry gave me was in serving grilled cheese sandwiches to young campers. We had been serving the sandwiches without cutting them in half and would have extra food waste because of it. Jerry suggested to cut and serve them as half sandwiches and our food waste on that meal went down to near nothing.
